Another all-new just-for-you. We left two barrels' worth of our 2018 riesling fruit hanging on the vines until October 11; then fermented it on the skins for a week before pressing to neutral French barrels. A sip of the resulting (dry) wine is like a bite of a perfect peak-summer peach.
Unfined & unfiltered. No cold-stabilization; natural sediment will form upon extended refrigeration. 12.8% alcohol.
