2016 Uncontainable Rosé of Cinsault Hagata Vineyard, San Diego County 75 cases made
That which cannot be held captive returns to the fold in brand-new form, from a new vineyard and new variety. This gorgeous San Diego cinsault fruit was impeccably farmed, specifically for rosé. We gently foot-trod the fruit before whole-cluster pressing the juice to ferment and rest in neutral French oak barrels for five months. The result is a crisp, chalky, zesty, completely dry pink -- which, at just 10.9 percent alcohol, probably should become your official spring and summer all-day beverage. Unfined & unfiltered. 10.9% alcohol. Natural sediment will form in the bottle upon extended refrigeration.
